政策声明

Vehicles parked on UD 财产 by students, faculty or staff must display a current UD注册标志. These decals are available, twenty-four hours a day, from the 云顶集团警察局 located on the first floor of Haggar University Center. If a registered 车辆 is sold, or otherwise disposed of, the old decal must be removed, 云顶集团警察局 must be notified, and the replacement 车辆登记. 1. The University is unable to provide "close-in" parking for all 车辆s. 采购 a parking permit does not guarantee a parking place nor does the perceived lack of 停车位是违反任何停车规则的正当理由.
2. Rules and regulations are enforced year round, including weekends, holidays, breaks, study days, and summer (with the exception of VISITOR spaces, which are enforced 7 星期一至星期五上午至下午五时).

7. Any inoperable 车辆 on the UD campus may be towed at the owner's expense.

1. If name or permit number are not known this citation is issued to the owner/operator 车辆的. Students are responsible for any citation issued to their 车辆.

1. All citations issued by the 云顶集团警察局 may be appealed within a reasonable amount of time, preferably within 7 days of the date of the citation. 4. Vehicles illegally parked (regardless of number of violations) are subject to being immobilized 或拖 when parked in or obstructing a fire lane, reserved space, handicap or handicap access space, overtime in a loading zone, blocking another 车辆 in a parking space, or blocking a driveway, aisle, entry or exit to any parking area.

1. An indefinite number of parking citations will not be tolerated.
2. Persons who have been charged with three citations may be notified that their parking 特权处于危险之中.
